Terms: This is for a free trial class with Lewis Performance Training at any of the Strength & Conditioning classes! After your free class, Erin will invite you to continue trying for a week for free. Then, you can choose you continue by paying per class, or with a discounted monthly membership with unlimited classes. *This is for your FIRST class ONLY! Please do NOT sign up for multiple free classes* Description: You'll get everything here: Strength & Conditioning, Balance & Agility, Heart Rate Training, Core, and Speed. Every day is different, and follows a carefully structured cycle that is proven to yields results. On top of that, you'll be immersed in a supportive, fun community that you'll love returning to. All you need to do is show up, we'll do the rest!
